In addition to promoting discussion, providing meaningful experiences for students is another way I would attempt to modify my learning environment to meet all students’ needs. In my classroom, to manage the discipline issue regarding my students, I implemented a group A and a group B approach. These two groups would perform activities simultaneously, and then with a transitional bell, switch activities. Like magic, the issues with classroom management resolved, promoting much more interaction, focus, and engagement with the students. Myself, and the teacher assistants were now able to effectively discuss the lessons and interact with the children.
